Great Service Looking for a range when I moved into my apartment, I called Zirkelbachs. I was directly transferred to a knowledgeably sales associate and she asked my preferred price range. She then gave me many options and told me to stop in sometime and she would personally help me. I asked her when she'd be there and I said I'd be there then. I came in, picked out my stove, and left with a great piece of mind, and a delivery date for my stove. It was delivered when promised with no problems. We later had one minor problem... read more
I was really disappointed... I was so disappointed after hearing good reviews about this store. Unfortunately, I found the employees to be rude and non-responsive. The appliances may be great, but the customer service is NOT. Go somewhere else...
refridge i have a frigidaire gallery need to know how much a drawer for it would cost. its a fresh lok meat keeper and a purifier for the water and ice cost . please let me know thanks gena

I know I can call them if Ihave a problem and they will send someone out as fast as possible. When I have an item delivered they are there when they say they will be. I will continue to buy my appliances from them.
Lots of Appliances This is a family owned business that carries all appliances refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers of many famous brands. They appear to be very knowledgeable about their products. However, when looking for a new refrigerator (side by side), we checked out theirs, and decided we would look around some more.
