We went to him with a set of plans from a model home, we made some changes which were told would work. As we are at the end of our build, and there have been significant aspects from those changes that DO NOT WORK. I don't think he really had the skills or cared whether It was good design or not. Just a paycheck architect. Go somewhere else. You get what you pay for.
Untrustworthy and shady. Dont do business here, they cant be trusted. There are much better options available
