We first called Zip Zap when we moved into our new house and found a bed bug. Summer, 2020. I took the bug to the owner, who examined it under his microscope. Turned out it was not a bed bug but a bat bug. Cousin to the bed bug…With any other pest control company, they would have just treated us for bed bugs. Zip Zap operates at a high level of expertise. Great service! We hired them to do our pest control. They’ve been great. Checked the house and reassured us no major issues. Have come out for extra for wasp control. Plus also came out to do interior spider control. The technician is super friendly and has gone above and beyond spraying our kiddie playhouse (its wood) for wasps. Billing is super convenient with automatic charges to our account on file. I highly recommend!
