We’ve used Zip Zap for 4+ years. They are very professional and always friendly. They come quarterly and always ensure there are no issues. I would highly recommend them as your pest control company.

Rhett is the best! We've been with ZipZap for 4 years and service is outstanding. Excellent communication and additional visits as needed for no extra cost with the annual commitment. We've had carpenter bees, voles, spiders, mosquitoes, pesky flying bugs in the house... all addressed promptly. Highly recommend!!

We have lived in Kansas City for almost five years and we have had ZipZap since day one. Rhett is our technician and we receive excellent service. When he visits our house, he is always friendly and asks if we are having any issues. We have called the office a few times with questions over the years, and everyone is just as friendly and helpful as Rhett.

Hired company to take care of our mole problem, They baited twice, cost a lot of cash. Problem never went away. Then they continue to tell me that all they do is bait and can’t get rid of them. I was clear with my expectations out the gate. Even thought it a little strange that they don’t offer a contracted treatment plan. Won’t make the mistake of hiring this company again!

We had a brown recluse problem at our rental house, a few years ago, and they made it soooo much better! So, we have continued to use them when we moved to our current home, and we almost never see hardly any spiders at all! They've also helped keep our home completely mouse free too! Great pest company! And Geoffrey/ Jeffrey is always nice and helpful!
