We have lived in Kansas City for almost five years and we have had ZipZap since day one. Rhett is our technician and we receive excellent service. When he visits our house, he is always friendly and asks if we are having any issues. We have called the office a few times with questions over the years, and everyone is just as friendly and helpful as Rhett.

This is the best bug, rodent and whatever else you want to keep out of your home pest control service. They are family owned and provide honest friendly service. I’d trust them with my house keys!

I have nothing but great things to say about this family owned business here in Lawson! From the call with Jordan to schedule our treatment to Rhett who completed our outdoor and indoor treatment, I was blown away! Every question I had was answered completely. Rhett gave me helpful ideas on how to tackle our issues in combination with treatments. I was very impressed with the whole process and will definitely contact them again for further treatments.

Nothing but excellent service from them for 6 years now. There was white residue on an enclosed deck, which 2 other companies (one charged for an estimate for just coming out) failed to diagnose. Both other companies replied that it was probably residue from the ceiling. It’s been so long that I cannot recall who from ZipZap initially came out, but the gentleman immediately recognized the residue as carpenter ants! We first called Zip Zap when we moved into our new house and found a bed bug. Summer, 2020. I took the bug to the owner, who examined it under his microscope. Turned out it was not a bed bug but a bat bug. Cousin to the bed bug…With any other pest control company, they would have just treated us for bed bugs. Zip Zap operates at a high level of expertise.
