I experienced Zips HVAC excellent customer service for the first time yesterday after reporting an issue with my HVAC through my warranty company. The technician (Kevin) was excellent and very professional. Kevin was very courteous and took the time to explain the issue to me as well as made recommendations for maintaining my system moving forward. I would recommend Zips services to anyone looking for a good HVAC repair/maintenance company.

I discovered Zips HVAC through a Google search, attracted by their impressive five-star reviews across various online platforms. They all seemed legitimate, so I decided to reach out to them to check my AC unit. I spoke with Mr. Milad, a young and highly professional gentleman. I am extremely grateful to see the professionalism and skillful work of Kevin B. After he replaced our leaked HVAC Coil. He did an amazing job and kept me informed and updated on all processes of the job. The coil has been replaced and the AC finally started working. Thank you Kevin, I appreciate you keeping a direct line with me before the job and explaining everything which no one was able to do after my repeated calls, during scheduling and repair and after the repair!!
