Food was decent. Milkshakes were great. Small amount of meat for price. Tables were sticky. The use of AI generated images for the menu looked absolutely atrocious. Borderline unappetizing for some of the images. Not to mention rediculous oversizing for what the actual food items look like. I hope corporate hires graphic artists instead.
The fish and chips were delicious! The tartar sauce is the best!!
Had an unfortunate experience tonight. My wife has brain issues and likes to pick out her food online before coming to the restaurant. We are both 65 and not too familiar with Zips. When she ordered she was told that was unavailable but they could fix up a sandwich similar. What she got was dry bread with 2 chicken strips and a dot of tartar sauce.
