The employees in the store in Norfolk are so unprofessional , rude, and unapologetic, when having to deal customers. 1 year they lost approximately $500.00 worth of clothing and could not find those items until a month later. they offered to pay for the items, but I told them i would rather have my clothes back. they did finally find my clothes.
