ZIPS has always done a perfectly acceptable job with basic dry cleaning services, and their customer-facing staff are typically warm and friendly. HOWEVER, anything more complicated than that, and there's always some sort of issue. If I drop off an item of clothing that needs to be mended or has a serious stain, there's about a 70% chance that the stain/rip/etc. will not be removed/fixed when they return the item to me and I will have to tell them to try again.
