Dry cleaning is OK, but they don't press dress shirt collars properly, and often staple tags into the shirt material.
It’s true about what they say. You get what you pay for! I just noticed that one of my expensive blazers is missing a button. However, the rest of my blazer toppers still smell like I previously dropped them off. I honestly think they weren’t cleaned specially when they said that garments would be ready same day. I will never be a returning customer. I do have to say that the front ladies are super nice and friendly but it’s not an exception for the others not to perform their duties.
Best place in town for all your dry cleaning needs. It’s the only place I use, quick turn around time, best prices, and customer satisfaction is A+++.i highly recommend Zips
Service was great, both women I encountered during drop off and pickup were pleasant, and promptly got me in and out. My only issue was the shirt came back with some kind of fuzzball that doesn't resemble anything in my house not sure where it came from but I'll just pick it off myself 🤷
Figured I’d give it time to review to see how this location is. I would not come here. I’ve had two shirts ruined. First one was looked like a burn stain. Gave them some wiggle room because mistakes happen. However just received another ruined shirt. My white shirt now has brown specs all over it that are in the fabric. I shouldn’t have to replace shirts like this
