Good Dry Cleaning I occassionally need to get some pieces of clothing (mainly business suits) dry cleaned, and always trust my items to Zips Dry Cleaners. They do a good job, and don't try and rip me off like other cleaners do. I usually get all of my suits done (5 in total) for a total of about $40. I've gotten them done at other cleaners, and the quality is not as good. It's a little bit of a drive for me to go there, but well worth it.
Rude service and harassment from the store owner after conflict I went to the store and the staff was not able to find any recent record under my phone number. I asked them politely what I can do to get my clothes back. The girl who was helping me went to the manager Edna, and Edna came out from the back room and as soon as she came out, she stared at me as if I am some sort of felon who was just there to lie and take other people's clothes. FAST And Good I've been a devoted customer since before they changed their name from Dryclean depot. They got soy sauce out of my favorite cream shirt. They are always fast and willing to redo any outfit not done to my expectation. 24 hours at the most is my wait. If I can role out of bed and get there before 9am, it is always ready by 9pm! Highly recommend. At a $1.75 per item, it's a price that can't be beat
DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! Zips drycleaners is defininately cheaper than the alternative BUT you do get what you pay for. They gave several rather expensive items of mine away and so far have been unconcerned about the inconvenience to me, just saying that "they have thirty days to find my items." I will NEVER, NEVER use Zips again and because my clothes were mixed up with someone else's they are now asking me to PROVE that I brought clothes in the first place. UGH. Never again
Beware Cheap, fast.
"You get what you pay for" , Holds true. After moving far from my usual cleaners, I decided to try Zips. Well I found that my pants and shirts were wrinkle free but not pressed very well. Yes I saved about 30% on my dry cleaning bill, but being used to expertly pressed pants and shirts, I wasn't satisfied. If you need shirts and pants just to be wrinkle free, this place will work for you. Good service I dropped off a jersey that meant a lot to me and they did a great job getting the stain out. It was done on time and they were very friendly. I got a call when it was done and picked it up right away!
Affordable dry cleaning Very good prices on dry cleaning. Fast turn around service. Friendly associates. Clothing was ready and cleaned properly when promised. I would highly recommend them.
