Service was great, they had an issue with cleaning one of my jackets but I understood why. Everyone was kind and courteous. I recommend!
If you have a pet you will need to find a new dry cleaner. I was refused service because I had dog hair on my clothes! Been coming here 20 yrs will never return. So go to Hanna cleaners ! They are ok if you own a pet!
Edit- contacted by Zips and refunded my alteration fees. I’ve been taking alterations there for some time with no issue. This time, I took three pair of pants in. What I got back, after trying them on, looked like they had not been touched. Just as long as they were originally, and unwearable. I tried contacting the company through their website *3* times for resolution and I got no response to any attempt. I want a refund for the $45 they took from me in tailor fees. Now I have to find someone to RE-hem them.
