Zips has horrible service. My blanket was ready yesterday. I came in this morning; the blanket was no where to be found. The excuse I was given; it might have been given to the wrong customer. The staff are also rude. I was the only customer there; the one staff member continued to hold a non work conversation with another staff member while I waited. Customer service was great.
My experience with Zips was a good one. I had some alterations and pressing done. Everyone was professional and nice. I will definitely return to Zip for all my alterations and cleaning/pressing. Thank you to everyone for a good experience!
Very pleasant clerks. Even when there is a line, they are patient with the customers.
