This place is not even worth one star….. My blanket was dropped off to be dry cleaned since it does not fit in our washer here at home. They acted like they did not want to wash it, a the “wash” they did wasn’t even a wash. There was still dog hair all over the blanket. We took it back to be washed yet again, get told it’s ready for pickup to find that they gave MY blanket to someone else but insisted that they have my blanket for me. Good place to take your dry cleans, very reasonably priced.
Really Zip doesn't deserve 1 star. This fast pace assembly line of clean and press did not take the time to notice all four pair of jeans were label as NO crease. So my new purchase jeans are ruined now and the store located on Eastern Boulevard in PA is suggesting I purchase a bad pants from Boot Barn when you can clearly see that it was pressed on one side and stop! I will continue going to the mom and pop store where I never had a problem of them not following clearly marked directions.
