I had a bad experience. My dress still had the tags on when I sent it, and it came back with the tags still attached. It looks like they didn’t even clean it, and I paid $99 for that. I had my veil in the bag, and they just threw it away with the bag. When I asked about it, the lady said she was going to check the trash because they throw everything out.
Great service. I dropped off after 9am and the manager still accommodated me with same day service. Really appreciated!
