Very rude older lady!! The worst customer service I have every seen. They will not be in business long. I was talked to like trash the women doing all the talking was not even helping me. I would love to speak to the owner. If you want great service from a Zips Cleaners go to the one in Manassas, Va.
I took my clothes to this location and they stated that they could not crease my sleeves. They could crease military shirts but not regular shirts....my question is why not? Being prior military I still wear my clothes a certain way and creased sleeves on my shirt is one them. Other Zips locations do it why not this one?
Now I can go around enjoying weekends while my laundry is done by the best in business. Great place and a very friendly and warm reception :) Two thumbs up!
