I’ve given Zips multiple chances every time I drop off a large batch of clothes, they come back smelling weird and still stained. It honestly feels like they just hang the clothes up and slap a tag on without actually cleaning them. I tried to be understanding at first, thinking maybe they were just busy that day, but this has been every single time. If you’re expecting quality cleaning or attention to detail, especially for a big load of clothes, look elsewhere.
My family and I have been loyal customers at this location for years. We have always had stellar service with little to no issues and they’re always very accommodating and helpful. Recently we have run into some issues that are concerning. I dropped off an order and then my wife dropped off two more dresses about a week later. The clerk did not say anything about our original order, but luckily I had kept the slip. She went back when the second order was done and inquired about the original order. Came in this morning early hoping I could get my sons grad gown and sash pressed for 1pm and thankfully you guys did it and it looks terrific! Thank you!
On Monday 6/9 the staff on at the wood haven mall location 2 young men and 3 young ladies did an awesome job taking care of all the customers. I always have great service here. But today I wanted to post something. I will continue to use Zips
