AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I've had a few shirts come back ripped. I've been offered credit but when I go to use, they can't seem to find the credit and manager and/or owner is MIA. I've also didn't receive my full order several times and had to go back to pick up the rest without them mentioning anything. Also about 90% sure they're stealing clothes too as I've had some expensive shirts go missing.
I started to use the ZIPS recently and it was AWESOME so I came back!! : )

This was my second time and my clothes came back dirty. They pressed my clothes and all of them have stain on them. This place is running a scam and if it’s a franchise someone gotta do something about it. Worst experience ever never going to this place
