The past several months I needed more dry cleaning done, any clothes with spots on them have been coming back not clean. I don’t notice until I take the plastic off. It’s like they didn’t use any cleaning solution at all. Yes the clothes are pressed, but they are not cleaned. After a week my clothes were not ready. And they could not find a pair pants.
Zips cleaners on Deerfield Parkway in Buffalo Grove does not even deserve this one Star. I dropped off a hand, painted tablecloth to be dry, cleaned, pointed out the stains. When I picked it up, it had additional stains that weren’t there before the person waiting on me told me oh I’ll have to have it cleaned multiple times to take care of those stains. I told him they weren’t there when I dropped it off. Oh, you’ll have to have it cleaned again he said. I said not here.
