I came across a ZIPS in Buffalo Grove IL, and thought I would give them a try. I brought in a chair pad which required dry cleaning. Experienced two issues - (1) it was promised to be completed by the following Tuesday, and I did not receive a text that it was ready until Wednesday. This was not a super big deal for me however, but they didn’t keep their word.
