Terrible service. Said my dress would be ready next day but did not have it. Choose not to inform me either.
When I dropped off the item the female associate was friendly. At the time, two male coworkers were by a small ladder (one sitting and one standing) playing on their phone as I interacted with the associate. The item came back clean, and the two male associates were friendly at pickup.
