I've been to this location plenty of times. I brought about 15 pieces in so when I picked them up I didn't look at each piece. When I was putting the pieces away I noticed something on 2 pieces. I didn't think to call, I figured I would just take them back in. I picked up on a Friday, I work near location, but i live an hr away and I work nights. my Frat Brother told me about ZIPS, the best thing he's ever done. Excellent work on my clothes they always go the extra step. And honestly too the core and professional , I made a mistake and left my 14kt gold Ring in my jacket pocket and had not missed it. Until I went too pick-up my Suits & Shirts it was in a white Bag attached to my Dry Cleaning. Not to mention their Excellent Customer Service.
