I usually come here since they have a same day option if you drop off before 9am. Seems like they try to speed through things and end up making mistakes. They lost a shirt that I dropped off and I came in multiple times inquiring about it but was told to wait for a manager. Finally, I got a manager (Josh) and he told me he checked the cameras and it showed that i never dropped off that shirt I was missing. I've been to this location plenty of times. I brought about 15 pieces in so when I picked them up I didn't look at each piece. When I was putting the pieces away I noticed something on 2 pieces. I didn't think to call, I figured I would just take them back in. I picked up on a Friday, I work near location, but i live an hr away and I work nights.
