BAILEE was the absolute best! She took what she could do and then recommended me another place to take my complicated Indian clothes. She was sooo helpful and so nice, I’m definitely coming here again, not to mention price is super cheap!
Bailee was very helpful And informative! Service was great, it was my first time dropping off from my boyfriend and she let me know what to expect and when I should expect it, and it still came back faster than I thought
Disappointed by Service and Accountability at ZIPS Round Rock, On October 2nd, 2025, around 3 PM, I visited ZIPS Round Rock to pick up 28 items as listed on my receipt. However, the staff member handed me only 25 items and abruptly said, “Here you go, take it.” When I pointed out that 3 items were missing, she dismissed it as a “system error” and insisted I accept the incomplete order. Zip Cleaners – False Advertising Warning I’ve visited this cleaners several times expecting their “In by 9, Out by 5” same-day service. Each time, I’ve been met with a new excuse for why my clothes couldn’t be ready on time. If you advertise a service, customers should be able to rely on it. Please don’t promote same-day service if you can’t consistently provide it.
