My wife brought in some irreplaceable Japanese woven fabric to be cleaned. When she went to pick it up, whoever she talked to told her it was all ruined because they put them in the “wrong machine”. Still charged my wife the 60$ cleaning fee and told her that they’d call and send us a refund plus cover the cost of the fabric. That was 3 days ago. No call. Always had a great experience here! Clothes are dry cleaned in a timely manner and the location is very clean. Danixa is always so welcoming and helpful. Appreciate being notified via text when my items are ready for pick up and of any specials they are running. I leave feeling like my business is appreciated.
I brought in 4 shirts. I was told what day to pick them up. My clothes were a day late. When I got home, I realized one of the shorts doesn't belong to me. They lost one of my shirts and replaced with so.epne else's shirt. The shirts of mine that did get dry cleaned still have stains on them.
Got some jeans tailored and ZIPS did an amazing job as always. My go to for tailoring in town.
I love coming to this Zips location! Danixa is the absolute best—she always hands over my clothes with the biggest smile and a friendly attitude. Excellent customer service every single time!
