I been going there for only a month and 1/2 every time my clothes is late as it arrives at 6:45 or 7pm. Even if I take it at 7:30 never on time.

I tried Jack Brown 2X, starched my jeans with wrinkled crease, wrote note requesting specifically to starch them without the wrinkles, and cuff up. Did neither. Couldn't get into to the locker code bc the battery was dead. Tried Zip and and 1,000 percent satisfied. Exactly what I asked, will sew my pocket also. Taylor was the employee working at check in and check out, kind, professional, worthy of 10 stars! The app notified me when it was ready for pick up the next day, gave option for delivery.

This place does not do same-day service like they advertise... As a matter of fact, I was dropping off (in the afternoon ) for pick up the following afternoon, and they can't even guarantee second day service. When I pointed out the sign employee said "well that's not guaranteed..."
