Great customer service
The Zip Rio location ruined brand new items. Beware. Two brand‑new 100% cotton tops -- a Ralph Lauren cami and a top I purchased in Greece (both part of matching sets) were damaged in late Dec. These items had only been worn twice and had never been washed. When I picked them up, the Ralph Lauren top was noticeably faded, and the Greece top had yellow discoloration that was not present before. Said they can't clean a jacket cause olive oil spilled on it... Isn't this a cleaners? Too picky, wasted my drive and time. Won't be coming back
