I've had a great experience with Zips in the Rio. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Their seamstress is excellent and pays close attention to every detail. The quality of the alterations is outstanding, and it's clear they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them for both dry cleaning and alterations!
I absolutely love the overnight drop-off feature at ZIPS Cleaners in the RIO in Gaithersburg MD! I was able to drop my work uniforms off before my 5:00 a.m. shift, and they were cleaned, pressed, and ready for pickup by the time I got off work. The convenience is unmatched, and it made my busy schedule so much easier. The staff always does a great job, and this feature is a game changer. I hope all ZIPS locations offer overnight drop-off because it's truly an amazing service!
Service is amazing! Your Front Desk Staff are amazing! I am very concerned how your location in Washington Blvd Has been without air-conditioning for the last couple of weeks. This is unfair to your excellent employees. This must be addressed in this heat wave and humidity as it is dangerous for people to work with this kind of heat.
Took garments in around 4:45pm and they were ready the next day before 4pm. Awesome service
They lost another garment.. Thankfully both times the item was found but it seems there’s no way to track once it’s been checked in other than to “check the cameras.” They’re nice about it which is why I gave 2 stars (rather than 1), but it’s frustrating enough that I won’t chance a third time, I’ll find another dry cleaner.
