None of the workers smile or welcome customers at anytime.
I've used this dry cleaners for 5+ years. Aside from the inconsistent quality. I have a few other issues 1. the phone # on Google does not work 2. The hours opened are often wrong especially on google....good luck trying to call to confirm (refer to #1) 3. The tailor/seamstress has terrible hours in the middle of the day...doesn't work for regular people needing dry clean, to make it worse you can't leave your clothes for her, the store won't accept it. If you have an actual stain on your garment, don't bother bringing it here. They no longer mark the clothes with tape and even though they claim to input the stain in the system, it's always there when I get my clothes back. I've taken several items to other cleaners after getting them back from Zips and somehow the other cleaner is able to get the stain out. The prices here are cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
