My clothes was ready sooner than expected, price was great!
Extremely disappointed with this particular Zip Cleaners location on several occasions. The stains were still clearly visible on my clothes after they were supposedly cleaned. They even charged me extra, yet somehow still couldn’t do the job properly.Honestly, it looks like my clothes were simply ironed while they were still dirty cause I still smile the dirt on there. I had a great experience with Brenda at ZIPS Dry Cleaners. She is very friendly, professional, and always treats customers with kindness and respect. I really like the way she works and how attentive she is to the clients. She makes you feel welcomed and is always willing to help. You can tell that she genuinely cares about providing good customer service. Brenda is definitely a great employee and an important part of the store. Count your items. Store claims to have given me all items but my suit pants were missing. I was on my way out of town and needed to be at the airport, they wanted me to go home and bring back everything like it would have changed. The Suit jacket had the worst pressing I have ever seen. The Manager said I have to leave it if I wanted it fixed. Completely unhelpful. I asked her name and she said she did not have to give it up me. They have lost a customer for life.
