This company is a total scam. I used this car wash just once in August 29th, I know for sure that I paid for one wash and not for membership, because I’ve never had any membership account or gave them other information like my phone number or email. Two months later I found out I have recurring payments for Zips Car Wash membership that I’ve never signed for. Be careful!
The car wash does a decent job most of the time. You might have to spot clean your car for areas which were too stuck on. They do offer rags and window spray near the free vacuums
I been coming here for the past two months , it’s impossible I come and I can’t never get ahold of a manager. Mr. Jesse says he’s not the manager.he said his name Cory that I never met or see. I’ve been dealing with a incident for a my vehicle broken mirror, and I can never get a manager.
Denzell is always friendly and takes care of every customer. He should be the next manager!
