They hired some new guy I believe name Gray they need to get rid of him ASAP his attitude is disgusting. I’m a member and never had any issues! My last 2 trips he’s been there and I’m strongly confident canceling membership
My wife and I always have the best experience here out of every other car wash we've been to! There is only 1 Zips locations i ever visit that we don't have good experience at, though we don't go there anymore. Whenever we would we'd have i guess tire shine on our windows, both outside rear view mirrors bent, or scratches on our vehicle. I've never once experienced either one of these problems at no other location.
This car wash is janky. The member side entrance doesn’t work half the time, half of the vacuum hoses are either not working or the hose is missing, towels are often unavailable, and employees sit in their cars and smoke weed instead of working. Going to cancel my membership.
Have been here with them for years and never a scratch on any of my cars.
