What’s up with the hours yesterday (Sunday) saw 2 People vacuuming their cars but you guys had cones blocking the machines. Called to speak with rep. Of course no live agent and a bs message.

Just moved back to the area, this place has did a 360 turn around since I was last here during the summer. All the other staff was very friendly and the manager was helpful on picking the best wash and offering an re-wash.
Horrible experience...... Water pressure at the entrance to the wash was bad. He did not spray the front of my car or brush where bugs hit the front. I purchased basic plus wash. The tires did not get cleaned either. When I got home and began cleaning my tires , I noticed that my car was still filthy dirty. I will not return and will also be advising my family and friends not to waste their money here.
