Credit card readers taped over, have to deal with employees with poor attitudes and on cell phones. Vacuums have poor suction and none of the air blow out hoses worked. Won't be back.
I’ve officially had it with the Timberlake Zips. I’ve had the basic membership for months and nothing but great experiences at other locations but this one is an absolute disaster. The staff here are hands-down the laziest I’ve ever seen. More than once, I’ve had to honk my horn to wake an employee literally sleeping on a table so he could half-heartedly spray maybe 1/26th of my car.
