No stars. I went through the car wash and paid for a wash to include free use of the vacuum cleaners. I was first astounded at the price of the "best" wash at $30. Because it was raining when I went through, I found out afterwards the staff doesn't turn on the vacuum cleaners in the rain because of damage that may occur. I appreciate that. What I don't appreciate is that there was no mention of that fact anywhere. My main reason to go through the wash while it was raining was to use the vacuum.
