I'm only giving 3 stars because your staff were out there and helpful. I will not be coming back because I just paid 24 for a car wash and it would have been cleaned better driving in the rain. Its filthy. If you're going to hike your prices to almost what I pay at a full service wash, then your equipment needs to be top quality and actually clean.

First of all - the price of a car wash is getting ridiculous!! I picked the middle grade wash which was still $18 and there were 2 more washes that were more expensive. After leaving car wash - there was soap still on the side and the whole back end of van was dirty and dry. Will never come back!!
Caitlyn was very helpful in helping me decide which wash was the best. I always go to Zips.
Paid $24 dollars for a wash only one person working nobody sprayed my car or tires and came out and looked at car and the back of the car was just as dirty as what we went in. Hardly any water coming out to rinse car.
