One star is too high of a rating.... WORST car wash and service ever! In the year I have been a member and had unlimited washes, I have had to replace now FOUR rear windshield wipers! Sure the unlimited washes are a great value, but the cost you will spend in repairs to damages to your car or driving to the brand new Zips on the outside of town will cancel those savings. Rude manager. Horrible treatment of customers. Carwash doesn’t get the back of the car clean.
Paid and extra $2 inadvertently due to the junk touch screen (had to tap multiple times to try to advance to my next option, very annoying, especially when there is a line behind you waiting). On top of paying extra, the wash completely missed the whole back of my vehicle, looks terrible. Definitely not coming back!
