Last night the truck in front of us jumped the track and rolled back into us. Their hitch left a hole in our front bumper. I have never been treated as unprofessionally as the manager treated my wife and i last night!
Absolutely horrible....85% of the vacuums did not work and they did not have a single trash can in sight! What’s the point? And the wash was maybe 2 stars! 🤬👎🏼👎🏼
This car wash is horrible. It's constantly broken. I've been stuck inside it before while the workers try to figure it out. Multiple times I've gone through and the machines didn't even move, the soap sprayed on my car, then the water didn't wash it off, so I had to make another loop through to get it washed off. Ridiculous. The workers are slow and the line backs up.
So I paid for a membership to try it out for a month. So far, every time I have been thru, they have had to manually let me in the gate. The RF sticker isn't registered and they can't seem to get it entered. Also, the tire shine only does the driver's side. Today I had to go thru twice to get it cleaned. I'm not impressed!
Unless an emergency, it would be nice if preventive maintenance was completed during off hours or a designated time. Recommend posting preventive maintenance times on Facebook page to inform customers.
Blue cleaning strips in taters. You will exit with dirty strips all on your vehicle 👎
Great place to wash your vehicles. Great and friendly staff. The monthly membership is a great way to keep your whip clean. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Paid full price $9.00 and one of the big brushes didn't work. Told them about it and they said they already knew and were waiting on a part that should be there in another week... wish there had been a sign or an employee told be BEFORE I spent $9.00
