The personell are great but why is this zips so often closed before its posted hours and or broke down? There was a stretch of 3 months where the left side of the car got no wax because it just dribbled out. Tonight closed at 640pm and posted hours are till 8
Saturday at 1:45 PM and they're closed. This is now the second time I've shown up in the past few weeks and they've been unexpectedly closed, despite Google hours showing they are open. Waste of time. Please correct.
We stopped for a quick wash and the employee spent WAY too much time spraying our vehicle before the wash! Our windshield did NOT get clean, we’d have much preferred an employee at the end to dry our vehicle.
