I went to get my car washed at your Forest, VA location the morning of July 8th. As usual, a Zips employee was standing at the car wash payment and wash selection area to what I mistakenly thought was to assist in moving cars along. The guy wanted to sell me an unlimited pass for 3 months for $25. I told him I did not live there and was not interested. He told me he would give me the pass and it did not have to be placed on my car instead I could give it to someone who lived in the area. That made no sense to me but hey, I b... read more
Said they could get all bugs off my car for an additional fee. When I got home I noticed bugs on several places on front of car. I went back the next day and they said because I had left the property, there was nothing they could do. I had also went back to join in the $19.95 monthly group. The young man didn’t seem to care.
