The Suction on the Vacuum System was obsolete. Horrible barely working
Suction for vacuums are weak. States "free vacuum " which i am sure is built into the high car wash prices. Suggested to the girl at the desk to put up a sign about the weak vacuums. She said " I don't have a sign.that says that". Really?
ARE THEY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SOON? I WOULD be careful about buying a monthly wash service. this place has turned horrible! out of 18 vacuum bays. 14 do not work! it looks like they put zero effort or money into this location.
Will be glad when Tidal Wave is done! Between the vacuums not working, not being turned on or not actually sucking, I always end up having to drive to the Grande Dunes location even though I live in Carolina Forest. They also rarely have more than one lane open at the wash which leaves you sitting while the sign up new members.
Chris, was a true professional, he combined my memberships in to the family plan. He could not have been more helpful and friendly.
