Vacuums don’t work. Car wash doesn’t dry the car well at the end. Car wash was also broken the other day. They only operate one lane since like a month. Staff is polite and that’s the only good thing. I will be canceling my membership. Do not recommend. El car wash is much better.
When Zips first opened, it was amazing from customer service to full car wash experience. However, now the vacuum system doesn't have much suction power, and the number of bays available is slim. The wash just gets the job done.
