Car looks worse than when I arrived. Sticky residue on hood and top that won't come off. Tried to contact them for 4 hours and only get busy signal. Corporate doesn't respond either. Also nearly broke off my rear wiper blade.

Entered this car wash with a well intact drivers mirror, exiting the whole mirror was broken off! I immediately took photos and filed my claim in their office trusting their video footage , not until week later they finally call to tell me their Corporate office Denied my claim! Their excuse was- their equipment was working good!?!?! Well fuckers apparently NOT! Obviously. Your ranking up your prices, then you decide to screw over your customers???? Bullshit corporate carwash. Never using you guys again @zips car wash
