Wow. What a great experience. Drove up to get the car washed. After about two tries to pay, a young man came out to help us. He tried twice and could not get the card reader to work and said he's going to have to replace it. We were willing to go over to the other lane, but he said no. Our wash was on him for our inconvenience. He did not have to do that at all. That was excellent customer service! We will definitely be back!
the new one on 170 close to BK is useless!! just went through it this morning the 2 guys there only sprayed off one side went through and truck still dirty! didn't even knock off the bird sh*t on my hood! the carwash on Buckwalter is a lot better! DO NOT BUY THE MONTHLY CARWASH IT WILL NOT CANCEL AND WHERE YOU TRY THEY LIE AND DONT CANCEL IT! It keeps charging you!!

holiday weekend, cash only! no signage to tell you that until you are at the gate to enter. had to back out and make everyone else back up. could have offered a free wash since it was such an inconvenience. thumbs down.
Fast friendly efficient service
I visited the car wash this afternoon. I had several areas of pine sap on my car. The two attendants working were very helpful. They worked on the hood of my car. They did a great job and were very accommodating.
The wash is good and the free vacuum and towels that come with a car wash is great. There’s a big issue with cars coming in to use free vacuums and towels but don’t pay for a car wash. The entrance isn’t monitored and the cones allow two way traffic.
