Update - turns out their employee lied about even having an under carriage wash. So I was pressured into $24 for something I didn’t even receive. And after about a dozen emails with their customer support their manager denied my refund request. There is no reason they need 2 people at the pay station to try to push someone into a membership they don’t want or need. I just needed a basic wash with undercarriage, which I was told they had. Why am I getting high pressure sales at a car wash. TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS.
My experience was very good. I spoke with the newest manager and it’s obvious that he’s done a lot of work. It was clean and all the machines were in working order Laughing at exactly what I paid for.
