To say I am completely disgusted would be an understatement. I took both my new Volvo and Kia Seltos through Zips on Sharkey way in Lexington Kentucky just prior to Christmas. There was about a 3 hour difference in when we took our white Kia through vs. our black Volvo. leaving the business with the Volvo around 3:30 in the afternoon, I went directly to a hair appointment. Absolutely lovely crew and management they are all willing to help if you have a messed up sticker and can’t get it to work also they have a very clean site
Awkward to get to the vacs and the wash was not as spot free as the Zip on the south end of town. They seem to have different equipment in the wash bay. Much more wipe down required at this location and no attendant scrub before going into tunnel.

It can be disappointing to consistently receive subpar service, especially as a monthly car customer for many years. The biggest issue seems to be the bad management and staff sitting inside the room. Even when there are employees inside, they do not come out if there is any problem when the car enters. It appears that there is negligence and inattention to work from everyone. Now, there are larger car washes in the city that continue to operate successfully. THIEVES. I was told I could buy 1 month of car washes for $10 and it would not renew. That was a lie. I have been charged $35 for the second month in a row. There is no way for an immediate refund so now my funds are being held hostage. Don't believe a word they say and do not give these people your account information! Don't go!
Great Service very nice employees
It doesn’t even earn a one star. My husband and I went through and they told me there was a special for a car wash for just ten dollars and then get free car wash for the rest of the month for free. Not once did they say they would charge me 40.00 a month when that month ran out. Never said anything about a contract or NOTHING! I will tell all friends and family not to go there because they cheat you. Social Media here I come.
