In Boynton Beach, Florida, Zips car wash sold me unlimited car wash for a month for $15. That is all. Neither was I notified at the time of the purchase nor did I receive any email explaining that I will be joining a club; and that I will be charged a $37.45 monthly fee. My Tesla was rear ended last week inside this car wash! My car was in neutral and went off the rails. The tracks are all bent and the car behind me slammed into me. No safety measure to shut the wash down in an emergency. The manager, Gene Foster, was abusive. I took pics of the damage to my car and the damaged tracks. He refused to give me the owners name but I have it. Filing complaint with corporate. Never go there ever!!!!!

I have always gone to Zip's for past few years. Yesterday I was deeply dissappointed. They no longer brush the front of your car before it goes in. The front hood of my car still had spots. As I looked around the car, the back trunck still had spots. When I got home, I had to re-wash my car in 90 degree weather., I will never go there again. Don't waste your money. The free vacuum is not worth it! You can't go through again as you have to pay again and there is no one to talk to there if you have a problem like this. The guy... read more
