Car wash scratched my truck across the hood badly. Manager was condescending and rude and the owner told me that i wouldn't win even if taken to court. Refused to even refund my last payment of 24.99 even though i canceled and am left with a horribly scratched up truck. Use at your own risk. Greedy with poor customer service.

I have used this car was at least 50 times. I noticed a dent in my upper front fender after running the truck throught the wash and the owner refused to do anything about it and then called me a liar. I know it was not there before entering the wash and he tried to say it was a door ding when the dent is at the top of the front fender next to the hood and the truck has a 3 inch lift. Most have been a tractor trailer!!!! Real nice guy that owns this business NOT!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer for quite a few years and have not had a bad experience.. They seem to know their repeat customers by name (which is always nice). I happened to be there once when someone had an issue -- the owner was on site and took care of it right away...the customer left shortly thereafter with a smile on his face. I work for a small business owner and see the difficulty she has finding good employees that are trustworthy and on time. Totally unprofessional. They will damage your car and will not pay for it. My car had scratches, missing parts, and dents. Do not use this car wash.
