Ohhh, nooo, we had burnt chicken and addressed the shift mgr, then he said and describe the way the chicken was dry and burnt, so next visited the operation mgr, was told about it thinking he'd do it right this time, nooo still gave us cold ckn, we raised hell because he was there when they put it together, after grumbling he gave us 3 extra new chicken and that was fresh. Sh tcome on.
