Our favorite Zippy's. Mochiko is the best if it is on special.
The service is really slow. Some authentic items on the menu but otherwise very plain and limited.
Portuguese bean soup hits the spot on chilly days. Wish we had more chilly days.

The grilled pastrami sandwich is to die... I hope they keep this special for a while!
Even though the burgers are quite tasty, don't know what happened to their 1/4 lb prime burgers? Where's the beef? I could've got a bigger burger at Jack in the box for 1/2 of what I paid!
