Brand new truck 2020 Chevrolet 2500 first wash and gets a small dent and scratch on fender. Manager says there’s no way it was their machine! No scratch and dent before wash, scratch and dent after wash.
I was overcharged ($35) and the car wash broke in the middle of my turn. I left with my car covered in soap. I had to go to another car wash to rinse mine off. I’ve called and left three messages and have not heard back.
Last 4 or 5 times I have been there, at least to functions in the car wash were not working. The vacuums won't even pick up a grain of sand on a rubber mat. Will not be back.
Vacuums are terrible! There is liter everywhere. This could be an awesome place if they would take care of their equipment and clean up.
PAID $20 for the BEST WASH & my Jeep still came out dirty as hell! They used to have my business but it’s gone down the tubes and they obviously do not care for their customers .
The vacuums did not work. The blower tore my antenna off with such force it cracked the paint on my truck. The manager was flippant about the whole matter. I bought the $14 was and my truck was still dirty.
Car wash ok, but seriously vacuums are TERRIBLE. You'd think when people spend $20 on a cash wash they could get decent vacuums.
