My experience with Zippy Shell is ongoing. It's come to the point where every time you contact the customer service reps they just state there are no updates and that I will be contacted by a manager due to the nature (Which has never happened yet, no manager callback). As of today, the delivery is going to be 5 business days behind and no updates on whats going on. I just moved from L.A. to Chicago and everything I own is in that Shell.
