So, the worker at the front was super sweet and even the 2nd one I spoke too (Jenna). Unfortunately, the tech and Dr. Gore didn't seem to understand what I was saying. The doctor was not confident in her answers and the said "take our time and discuss your expectations and what is needed for your puppy" was no where to be found. New patient special but charged full price so seems like they're just trying to get people in the door. Even left work early to accommodate their needs or schedules versus mine. Wonderful staff, they’re friendly, professional, communicative and I can tell they genuinely care. I’ve had two vaccination visits for my dogs and each time we were seen right away. Their pros for me are: it’s easy to schedule on the website, order from the online pharmacy, communicate over email and they’re open on Saturdays.
Sadie feels much better! Dr. Gore and her attentive staff helped Sadie feel safe during a procedure. The facility is clean and the experience is nice. I didn’t feel rushed. The staff and Dr. Gore listened and asked follow up questions. Give them a try!
Had appointment, got into a room right on time. Kind and gentle to my cat, Maddie, to cut her nails.
