Had appointment, got into a room right on time. Kind and gentle to my cat, Maddie, to cut her nails.
The ZippiVet staff welcomed me and my senior girl with open arms upon first greeting. My dog felt so comfortable and loved by each of the staff members who came to say hi to us. Excellent communication and the staff was extremely efficient when working with my animal. 10/10 recommend to anyone in or around the area for the most genuine animal care you could wish for!
I am very happy with their service. They not only provide professional care for my fur babies, but they also go above and beyond to ensure my pets have a positive experience at the vet. I have a very special girl who has what they call "global phobia" due to her early experiences as a rescue dog. They always prepare a quiet corner room for her and offer “happy visits” to help her get used to vet appointments. I love this Hutto ZippiVet. The doc & the nurses/techs are all so great with my dog and they seem to actually enjoy their jobs and enjoy loving on the animals.
