Edit: it’s now been 3 months and despite several emails they have not reached out to me to explain how this happened. My cat passed away after one administered dose of Vetmedin prescribed by Zippivet. Lena was diagnosed with Diabetes last September. Upon her initial diagnosis, they set me up with insulin/syringes but did not mention or send me a prescription for a glucose monitor. This is for South Austin location: This is the best Vet we could ask for. Specific shout out to Andrew as well. We have a big dog that is intimidating/scary to some, but a big baby at heart. Andrew recognizes this and knows exactly how to handle our pup (Along with the rest of the staff too!). We are grateful to have not just caring assistance, but the utmost professionalism in their handling and consultation during our visits.
Vet for 5+ years to my 7 y/o boxer. I initially booked because of the convenience of location and ease of care. It’s easy for me to book, easy to check in via vehicle, which is a measure taken since Covid and I think is helpful to minimize the stress of multiple animals being in a small waiting area.
