Edit: it’s now been 27 days and despite several emails they have not reached out to me to explain how this happened. My cat passed away after one administered dose of Vetmedin prescribed by Zippivet. Lena was diagnosed with Diabetes last September. Upon her initial diagnosis, they set me up with insulin/syringes but did not mention or send me a prescription for a glucose monitor. We brought our healthy 2-year-old Great Dane, Whopper, here for a neuter. That decision has destroyed us. After surgery, all we received was a text saying he was ready for pickup. No call. No conversation with the vet. No explanation. Just a short instruction sheet and a tech who handed him over. We never saw or spoke to the doctor. This place killed my friends dog . Dog was taken for neutering 1 week ago and he died of infection which is rare if hygiene and correct methods are followed . Also my friend took the dog there because he wasn’t eating and they said it was normal
This place killed my son’s dog . Went on for a routine neuter wasn’t eating and lethargic took him to the satellite office and was told he was fine and 2 days later he’s dead from an infection
