My sweet girl Lena passed away today after one administered dose of Vetmedin prescribed by Zippivet. This is where I believe they failed her. Lena was diagnosed with Diabetes last September. Upon her initial diagnosis, they set me up with insulin and syringes but did not mention or send me a prescription for a glucose monitor. Paid $200 for a 20 year old vet to tell me my cat “wasn’t fat” and “maybe it’s time to take out her tooth but not sure” and that was it. Going elsewhere.
Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend I’m writing this review out of deep disappointment and concern regarding the care my dog received at this clinic. I had been a loyal client for years—this vet cared for my late dog through her final stages, including her cremation. Our first experience with our new pup, Modelo, was an amazing one! From Emily, to Andrew, to Dr. Giusti- the team made the whole experience an 11/10 from start to finish! Our pup was happy and his energetic self even after receiving several vaccines and going through tests. So glad we found them!
