I'm a student and I've been a resident of one of their properties for over 3 years now and it's been great! Rent has stayed the same, my apartment was in great condition when I moved in (new paint, recently renovated kitchen and bathroom), and my landlord is accessible when I need them. Kept our security deposit over made up terms of the lease after we vacated. Too costly to sue. Lew knew we wouldn’t challenge it. He’s shady. No one should ever enter into any sort of legally binding arrangement with his guy. His very public history speaks for itself. Stay away

**UPDATE!! None of my deposit was returned by Dawn Kurrderna, after waiting 30 days. Same experience as other previous tenants wrote below. I was also told in writing via email to pay my rent into their personal escrow account for several months and that it would be “illegal”for them to touch the funds without having repairs fully completed,of course repairs were not completed and they actually charged me for repairs in a makeshift “reconciliation” sheet, sent to my email.
