We can’t say enough good things about Zipco. After our home flooded everything felt overwhelming but their team showed up with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care during one of the most stressful times for our family. They made the medication process incredibly smooth answered every question we had and treated us like real people instead of just another customer. My washing machine was not hooked up properly and flooded my laundry room. I immediately called Zipco and within minutes Travis Auvil called me to talk about the damage and let me know he would be over shortly. He was very professional and kind. He even helped me understand what happened and made recommendations for other red flags he saw. Zipco has saved me more than once and I’m so very thankful!!!
