The reason we chose Zipco for restoration after a water line froze and broke was because of David Sands. He was the project coordinator with another company we had previously hired. David makes anxieties go away due to his calm reassuring Friendly caring approach. He is unhurried and makes you feel like you are his only customer. He is easy to reach and follows through with details. David told us Mason would be our project coordinator which raised a hint of anxiety because we did not know Mason. Thank you, Zipco,for the wonderfuland as fast as possible resolution of the water leak in my home! The repairs were perfectly carried out and those doing and managing it were careful and up-front in all they were doing. Everyone who entered my home was considerate and kind. I could never thank ZIPCO for their excellent work, job ethic, patience and most of all understanding while rebuilding my house. I was nervous, and worried and Mason Lile always cheerfully reassured me every step of the way. He is the best guy ever. My house is done and you would never know it had been on fire. Thank you ZIPCO , all the trades, and especially Mason.
