Highly recommend Zipco! We had a kitchen sink leak that went into our basement. Zipco came out right away, got everything dried out and got the repairs needed done. They did great work, all employees were great to work with.

Shanun and the crew from Zipco did an EXCELLENT remediation job in our basement after flooding. Professional, friendly, communicated well about the process and during steps. Double checked at the end to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

I want to be very honest in this review because the full context matters. Zipco was contracted to repair a massive water leak in my home. The remediation phase at the end of July was handled quickly, but once repairs began in September, the project became extremely difficult. The work was originally scheduled to be completed by October 15, yet months went by with inconsistent subcontractors, missed timelines, poor-quality work, and little follow-through. Zipco to the rescue! When our basement flooded in August Zipco was the first to respond. They showed up quick, got all the water out and had several fans and humidifiers up and running that day. They checked every wall in our basement for moisture and made sure there wouldn't be mold popping up later. The whole team was great to work with. It was a 3 month project that was pretty much on-time. Would definitely recommend and would use them again if disaster hits us again.
