Terrible business
Absolute amazing experience with this company and the general contractor, Shanun!! They were out same day for a roof leak on a brand new addition! Multiple fans and dehumidifiers placed within hours of first leak! Ran for several days just to make sure it was DRY!! Amazing guys that did quality fast work! Shanun was the nicest man to me and my husband explaining the process and concerns and checking moisture levels daily!! Highly highly recommend!!
I don’t know what this company does and I don’t care. I just moved for the military and I was walking my dogs outside the hotel across the street and a man came out of his truck and started cussing at me. Mind you I was holding my 1 year old child. I also made sure my dogs were done just sniffing at this point. Any business that allows that is insane. They clearly don’t value human decency. I did report the incident to the police.
My insurance company recommended Zipco to us after a flood in our finished lower level. Another company initially came out to do the cleanup and dried everything out and apparently determined the scope of work that remained to be done to complete the restoration. The first company actually removed a lot of the baseboards, the carpet and moved the furniture out.
