Colby responded quickly to my inquiry. Did a free roof inspection and checked my attic to discover the problem and offer advice on how to proceed.
Zipco was wonderful in restoring our patio, porch and the wall around the patio after a wind storm uprooted our huge Norwegian Spruce and destroyed it all. Brien Zipsie was a godsend dealing with insurance company and estimates. John Hernandez, the project manager, communicated well with us so that we always knew what was happening and when. The workmen were excellent, skillful, and pleasant! Every thing was done in a timely manner. The finished restoration was everything we had hope for.
I have no bad things to say about zipco crew, from the project manager, to the daily crew on site, everyone was professional and polite. Communication was great and details were explained with great understanding. We had the roof replaced, some ceilings replaced and painted, some structural work and some siding repaired from where a tree hit the house. All in all the work only took less then a couple weeks, and that was with some delays due to weather. Great work from everyone!
I can't say enough good things about Zipco! After a major leak and mold damage; Dylan and his crew did an amazing job eradicating the mold and making my home safe. They were very thoughtful of me and my things. Taking care to be mindful of my furniture. Then came the reconstruction crew. Victor's Painting and Remodeling. Wow! I am really impressed with the professionalism and compassion I was shown when having my roof inspected. Colby gave me a straightforward assessment, advice on insulation, and detected a small leak, which he caulked on the spot. These are the contractors, hands down, you can rely on!
