I want to be very honest in this review because the full context matters. Zipco was contracted to repair a massive water leak in my home. The remediation phase at the end of July was handled quickly, but once repairs began in September, the project became extremely difficult. Zipco to the rescue! When our basement flooded in August Zipco was the first to respond. They showed up quick, got all the water out and had several fans and humidifiers up and running that day. They checked every wall in our basement for moisture and made sure there wouldn't be mold popping up later. The whole team was great to work with. It was a 3 month project that was pretty much on-time. Would definitely recommend and would use them again if disaster hits us again.

I highly recommend using Zipco for your restoration needs. They handled an insurance claim for a fire that I had in my home. Their experienced team helped navigate everything from the insurance company to the mortgage company and the city. I feel they really went above and beyond to make this terrible ordeal as painless as possible and the work they did was outstanding.

Though 1 minor hick-up in the remodel of our home from a house fire. Zipco ensured the house was completed in a timely manner. I have to thank Shanun throughout the entire process for we wouldn't have the beautiful home we have now. Outstanding, very professional, and good people to just talk to.
