There was literally no medical staff in the building. At all. The receptionist just had me waiting in a room, told me the doctor was busy but would be with me in 15-20 minutes, and after I had waited and no one came in, I asked how much longer it would take. She told me she would call him to find out and then told me he was just around the corner in his car and would be in soon. I walked out. Don't waste your time coming to this sketchy sketchy place.

I want to give this place a zero star review. A doctor is not even there every day ~ so it’s therefore a glorified COVID testing location and a farce. What type of place markets itself on google as an urgent care facility and then doesnt provide during each and every one of its listed hours !? A marketing ploy. A spot on the first floor of a grossly over priced apartment complex in a quickly gentrifying neighborhood. Pathetic disservice to the actual locality who have served this city for generations.

They took care of me better than my primary care doctor. The staff is very nice and they make you feel like they care.
