This place is absolutely terrible. I was 11 minutes late using cars for the program I live in Los Angeles. They charge me for a full day plus when I went to rent another car that car was an hour late and you did absolutely nothing for me. So I find it kind of odd that this criminal and corrupt horrible organization and charge me for a full day and fight all the way through the bank, but when I went to rent another guy, the other person returning into be an hour, and I didn’t so much good. This happened on Wednesday 5/29/2014 around 8 to 10 pm. Zipcar has bad costumer service. I wanted to rent a car before I left California and they told me it would be approved at 4:30am the next day. I told them I would have to be on the plane by then. They said they can do nothing. I called again to cancel my membership and they put me on an indefinite hold.
