Every car that I get at either this location or in Newark is in terrible maintenance condition, very loud tire noises coming from rear tires, check engine lights, headlights not working, the list goes on. The fact that Zipcar is even able to stay in business putting out unsatisfactory vehicles on the roads is beyond me. I've gotten six rentals from them in the last 2 weeks and four of them have been problematic. I will be making complaints with the better Business bureau

Really good experience renting from this location. They have a good selection of cars and it’s pretty to get in and out.

Would rate it a 0 if I could. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It’s not worth it. You order 2 hours of service and upon your close inspection go over 1 minute and your service doubles in price. They want you to use your car for less than the time allotment because their inventory is low. Hardly any availability when convenient or in locations that work for you. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Multiple competitors provide similar services for day long usages like Kyte that will be getting my business going forward.

Horrible customer support and lack of flexibility with late fees. I won't use them again.
