Zipcar is hands-down the most heinous, despicable, and fraudulent company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their entire business model is built not on convenience or service, but on deception, predatory billing, and a complete lack of accountability. For traveling, I will use only zipcar. Moreover it's budget friendly and easily accessible.
