We used Zipcar regularly since moving to DC and getting rid of our car. It's sometimes convenient when things go right, but this specific location risks. Others nearby likely do too, but I can't speak to those. Timeliness and cleanliness are consistent issues. Cars are often unavailable at the scheduled start time because the previous driver is late, and Zipcar doesn't tell you before hand so you'll end up waiting in the garage.
