The vehicle i made reservations for was unacceptable. Luckily i had things to do n had to be some place or I would had cancelled. Once i unlocked the vehicle it reeked od marijuana. Food crumbs all on the floor in the driver an passengers floor areas. There was drink cups left behind as well. With everything that's going on. Covid etc. You mit have thought that making a reservation for a personal rental car was the way to go.. I would have been better off with enterprise etc. I guess that's what u pay for these days..
